What's the best skill to upgrade

I'm at the legends level, and had all my upgrades at a 6. I've been saving up gold waiting for an upgrades sales, which we have now, I have a little over 1600 gold, so enough for 2 upgrades (upgrades to level 7 are on sale for 800 today).

How would people spend it?
