Can't get to Region 9

I have finished everything in Region 8 except the gigawatt series---(almost able to buy gigawatt with crystals)-but my region 9 says that I have to kill goliath in region 8--I am pretty sure I have already killed him in the trophy hunts!! also-the gigawatt series says (when you click on series rewards) that you have to collect 20 pieces for the region-(I have collected 2) and what region are they talking about? Lord I am sooo ****ed-I wanna play!!

finish the gigawatt series to acquire the last parts. they currently configured the 6 region 9 map parts to be given on all exotic series hunts
