Stuck loading screen on Racing Rivals

i have a problem with one of my id, when i want to join lobby track or joining my friends that on the track, the loading want not finished..

but when i try to join with my others id, its finished and can go to lobby race..
and its also stuck when i do my campaign mission..

its allready 3 days since i got this error so please help me on this.
