Unable to log into EW: Hero's Call account after update

Currently VIP2 but guildies who are VIP 6-8 can also not log in. Any way to resolve? Although, it allows to create a new account and log in without issues. I don't want to start from scratch and I know others won't. If unable to resolve we may all have to request refund via Apple. Your attention to resolve would be appreciated. Sending a ticket in would take weeks to resolve. Please notify with any updates on the matter.
