No cash for completed innings

This is my second time starting this thread. For some reason the two threads I have started have been deleted before I could read any responses.

After about a third of the innings that I play against human opponents, I don't get the cash that I should be getting. I see the blue lag circle after the third out for a few seconds and that seems to be when it happens. Any idea how to fix that? I've sent a message for help on the app, but haven't heard from them in a week. Is that normal "lag" time for them?
