I can't get on tier six

Hello playing Robocop on my fire kindle 6 and I'm on tier five. I beat all the missions there escalation the the three part daily hunt survival, hostage the big robot in ocp. I Did play tier 6 once before, before I made the mistake and clear my data and had to start the game all over. Help Please Thanks
