With Glu support, you'll hear back within a few years. Then they'll ask for a screenshot, your name, address, and social security number. You send it and then wait another few years. Then they'll tell you there is no way they can prove you won him and won't give it to you.

I never got mark Tex prime for an event my club won. Welcome to the club. Customer care won't help, unless you somehow video taped or pictured every step along the way. Showing u in your club on the leaderboards may help along w the rank IF u get a caring service rep
