I saw red trunks message that he's gone, which is fine but how can customer care be the people we contact for help? I've yet to receive any valid assistance from them and only once received help from RedTrunk, and had issues ignored other times as he helped me once which I guess is glu quota and time to move on. Players can't contact customer care because they don't provide any assistance. Feel free to pick 10 random conversation logs from customer care and I'm sure I'm point will be well received. Correct customer cares lack of care and then you won't be stuck having to try to pick up all the pieces...
