I have 0 cash and therefore can not buy the "Free" box that they gave us. Join me in filing a lawsuit against Glu!

I get that its a little ridiculous that the "free" box cost a buck but go play one inning in a random game and boom....problem solved. Whether joking or not, a lawsuit would do nothing

Yeah... Just mocking the people who seriously think that they would be able to file a lawsuit for $hit that Glu does. I'm not an idiot.

The losing person pays the legal fees so it wouldn't affect you if you win.

Not always. Not even sure if this is true MOST of the time.

^ that depends on the type of suit. U have to request it but it can be done and is common.

Personally, as a former law student, they'll have a class action on their hand in time. False advertising, fraud, possibly larceny. Obviously those are criminal and this would be civil but ya, give it time, I bet in 5 years we will all be getting emails asking if we want to join the class action and after will get checks for $12.40 after filling out piles of forms (and giving the lawyers their 50% cut)
