Greatest of all Time Boosts, Drafts, etc

Can someone share what I should expect when I get to GOAT in terms of Elite Drafts, Mystery Boxes (if any) and Rewards (is it still 38k to get a Legend player, 17.5k for Prime, etc)? I'm thinking of when I do the jump from Legend to GOAT ... Curious to know Elite Draft and ring requirements for example (highest on Legend is 5-star players only at 350 blue, 350 green and 25 pink)
