Are servers down?

My app won't open, it stops at 30 percent. I had my cousin try his and the same thing happened to him.

    All 17 teams in my group can't log in either

    I haven't been able to get on since 12:30 but even before then I was starting to get some server interruption messages.

    I haven't been able to get in since 2:00 PM. It freezes at 25%.
