Stuck in weekend fan rewards

There is a popup every time the game loads telling me fan rewards is complete and to collect rewards. It won't let me collect anything, but continues to pop up. Is there any way to fix this?

Message glu thru in game it took em like 3 days to reply and tell me to update and another 3 for them to reply and say it was fixed so wen u hit em mention ur updated the app n mention the team name so they can get straight to it
