Help me. Auto promoted 2 div now I am terrible

Help me! I spent some serious gold to upgrade my team so that I can become better and more competitive. But upon getting a prime and a legend player I was promoted 2 divisions. This is frustrating. Now I can't win more than 5 games in my streak. Before I was winning an average of 25. I was supposed to get better not suck. 

I suck. This is terrible. I loved this game I was good at his game now I absolutely suck. 

I am a leader of a club. And now I suck and my club sucks. Can you demote me and put me in a league where I am more competitive?

Because I am just not winning anything. My team which was once great sucks with a prime and legend player. 

I suck.

Bad news.  you need to blow your team up and restart.  there is no demotion.  

Trick to avoid the autopromote is to keep a low star player or two on your bench.  if your teams good enough you wont need them.  that keeps your overall stars down and allows you to dominate lower levels.
