TSB17 missing club rewards

Our club is now at Silver level 4 and hasn't received ANY rewards from levelling up. No evo tokens, no cash, no picks.

I would assume like all club rewards, they will come at the end of event

These aren't event awards. When you level up individually you get the rewards immediately. Should be no different with clubs.

Same thing with our club, nobody has received any club lvl rewards.  Has anybody actually gotten these rewards, or is this widespread?

This game absolutely sucks now with version 1.0. A stacked team can't string together a streak of more than 4 games.

I'm done with it.

Yeah it. Just be widespread. My club is in the same boat. Level 5 silver.

We have contacted customer support but haven't heard anything back, has anybody gotten any help with this?

Thanks for the report, everyone.  On the development side, this has already been fixed.  It's just gonna be a bit before it goes live as usual with how the system works.

Does this mean that clubs will receive the rewards they've missed from their club rewards?  Or will we just be getting rewards moving forward once the update is live?

Does that mean you don't intend to pay out the rewards that were previously earned, but not awarded? You wouldn't do that to your customers by choice or design, would you?

anyone know if this is working yet? my club is holding off levelling up in case we aren't receiving previously earned rewards.

I'm not receiving of the new reward achievements. I've bought gold bundles, draft picks and levelled Tulo to a gold 10. I've tried the Donaldson box 8 times and 5 out of 8 times was the $10000 and one was a Franchise coin. What a joke

Don't level up until this issue has been resolved. Just don't donate anything yet. You will not ever receive any of the rewards you should have already received.

Our club is getting frustrated with this as well. Do we need to stop leveling? We better get the rewards retroactively.

This has also happened to my club.  Does anyone know where we can see how many Evo coins we have? I can't find them anywhere

If your team is still at bronze level, you will not see them until you get to silver.
