Game is frozen

Any suggestions on how to move on or fix issue with game being frozen.  Tourney game ended w a loss. Hit watch video to try again. Watched vid. Hit ok to re-play game again. App delayed and had to restart. Went back to play game and it brought me to end of orginal game I lost. Hit ok and it stayed the same. Won't progress to end of game or next game.
