How am I supposed to level up the stadium if this is always on the screen ???  "Level up disabled for fan rewards" ???

Gold spent during fan rewards does not count toward stadium. This should only be present during fan rewards. If it really never goes away, open a ticket with customer care. They can unfreeze it.
