The BBB is the biggest scam out there for businesses. They are not a government agency... they are a private company that has a "pay us or suffer the consequences" model. If you pay for the BBB services, you get an A+ rating. If not... you get something lower... it's just that simple.

The BBB has no power to make a business do ANYTHING. They can't fine them... they can't shut them down... nothing. They have NO POWER to do ANYTHING to a business other than give them a bad rating... which will be retracted if they pay the BBB for a subscription.

Write them a letter or call... it would have more impact than some worthless BBB complaint.
