Club Boosts Require Safe-Guarding

Is it possible to make a feature where club boost availability can be toggled?

Our club has a strict policy where club boosts are to be used only during club events. When I see the boosts being used outside of event times it becomes very frustrating to say the least.  

I would suggest that club boosts have a toggle that can be modified by the GM and Assistants considering money is being wasted by the greedy member who more than likely didn't pay for them. Not only that, it's near impossible to determine which member is using them.

Club Boost Availability:
On
Off
Available during club event times only

Club Boost Availability to the purchaser
(Limited to their purchase amount):
Always available
Available during club event times only

Let me know if anybody has any suggestions or feel free to comment.

This would be better to send via an in-game customer service ticket... not a message board post on here. Glu doesn't read this... the closest it gets is BlueLeapord.
