Updates app today and still haven't received many achievement awards for advancing players and gold spent. When will this be resolved? I've submitted help ticket but still no answers.
Hey... I didn't get the 400 gold for advancing from Silver to Gold level. Contacted Customer Service... Juan told me that since I had over 400 gold in my account, I must have got it. I saved up 6k in gold from watching ads... and they have the nerve to tell me since I have more than 400 gold now, I must have received it. WTF?!?!?
