Club leader MIA

The leader of my club hasn't played for nearly a month. Would it be possible for them to set it up such that, if the leader hasn't played for an extended amount of time (like 30 days), he/she will either be kicked out of the club, or at least be demoted and someone else be promoted to take his/her place?
