How do you earn donated helmets, balls, and gloves?

trying to fine tune my club, not sure how to earn helmets since I've tried everything.

Buy spending gold on picks, or by purchasing gold

No problem. On clubs menu where it says level up, the items needed for each are under each. So under gloves, the items listed are what you need for gloves. Same with balls and helmets
