Weekend event club reward

This past weekend my club placed 17th in the event and the reward was a 5 star draft pick. The other members of my club said they received the reward but I did not. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. My in game name is milleniumfalcon  and club name is prettyfly4awhtgy.

It's been a week now and I haven't had a response about this. I have paid more money than what this game is worth and you guys can't even respond to me. I can't do anything about the money I have already spent but you won't get another penny from me.

This is just a forum bud. You need to contact customer service in the game.

I'm having The same issue. I have been waiting since I woke up Saturday to receive my specialty #1 pick and nothing yet. You'd think they'd have this fixed by now with all the issues I've read of I it happening week after week. I shot for rank 17 so I could get the pick and now,.pffffft. I just sent an email to the game developers with the screenshot proving I should have it along with the other member of my club.

I contacted them. Let's hope they rectify it.
