Did not back up account and lost it please help!!!

My original account was named MrCTC. I never backed up my account as I didn't realize I needed to. I was having issues with the videos loading for the boost team feature. So I reinstalled the app and lost my account. I made a new one and backed it up with an email but would really like my original team as I did spend real money on it. Please help!
