If the club shop says unavailable, you are jailed. Start over or quit. Ask apple or google for refund.

Yep. I've been jailed.  They gave me a bunch of gold for completing their offers and I spent it and now I'm jailed.  Seems a little messed up.

You can try your luck with customer care, but I can already tell you what the response will be because its copy and paste. That unfortunately is your only hope.

No... there is nothing you can do. Well... there is a guy claiming he can un-jail people on Reddit... but it most likely isn't worth whatever they will charge.

You know what, I bet this unjailing guy works for glu (how else?)..... I suspect they (glu) figured if their going to hack, lets get some. So there you go....We jail them, then we pick up another $400 smackers too!
