Should you only be able to play against teams in your same division?

I don't think it's fair for me to play a gold division team when I'm in the silver division. Or maybe we should only be able to play other teams that their team strength is 5000 less or more than your teams. Baseball is a game where you never know what can happen but it's ridiculous for me to play a team with 20000 more team strength than mine.
