Reinstall cause of crashing?

if I reinstall the app will I lose all of my progress and players?

Connect to Facebook or email in your settings. Then you can reinstall and sing back onto that account. You will have to do the tutorial first then you can go in settings and login

Yes mine was down for 24 hours. Then worked again!!

Don't uninstall.. it' won't matter. i spent a day last time. restored my phone.. did everything. it won't matter. it's on their end not yours. support has been getting back to me. they are working on it. happened 3 times over the last week

It’s all of a sudden working for me. They really should do another compensation gift for the people that had this problem

still crashing at 90% loading. facebook connect and game center on iphone6s.. bummer!

I agree should definitely give a GOOD gift because this is a major issue.  Especially when it’s dbl gold days,  that’s a lot to lose!!!
