Can't get into one of my teams, contacted support and blueleapard, zero help. Not sure what their purpose is, not responding certainly isn't professional
Bluleopard will get back with you.. I don't what time zone or country you're in but I'm on the east coast if I put a message out to him in the morning it's usually later in the evening he gets back to me... I think he's got new responsibilities I hope one of them is to revamp customer service!
