Need a proper resolution

During a recent event, the game had a bonus for cardinals players. So I used numerous franchise player tokens to get a cardinal player who is shown in the game to be a cardinal, even though in reality he is not there anymore. Well I got no bonus points and wasted my tokens. I asked for the tokens back and was told that the game made an error by not changing him to the players team but would not refund my tokens. So the game made an error then refused to refund the tokens. Not only that but the customer service person stated it was a design error but I was basically out of luck. This went from being not a big deal and a quick fix to being quite irritating. You may want to fix customer service.
