Glitch issue with prime event video

i continue to run into a glitch where I I watch the video for extra game in prime event , and it doesn’t give me the extra game. Any body else run into this problem

yes this use to happen to me but seemed to be corrected in the last week.

I’ve never had the issue before but this weekend it was constant and it was irritating because it was killing the win streaks every single time !

The worst is when this happens on the replay or power boost during slugfest and walk-off hero.... leads to a crash and reset of progress
