Why aren’t my loyalty points showing up in my club on Tap Baseball 2018?

I have been playing Tap Baseball for a few months now and have been in the same club for the entire time. For some reason, my club is telling me they can’t see my club loyalty points. I also can’t see theirs. Instead I see myself and one other old club member but that’s it.

I am in the same position. I joined a new club a few weeks ago and I am the only one that it shows is the loyalty section. Not sure why that is, I was promoted to assistant just like the rest of the group but its been like this for almost 2 weeks. All members say they cannot see my loyalty points either.
