Club and Donations

Hello, my brother's account works very well for the most part. He is the leader of the Club named the Kingerys. However, his club chat does not work. He can't donate to the clan or access the club shop. What can fix this?

Almost sounds like he is jailed . Does his points count for the club ?

His points count toward club. It just says like shop not available and everything else within the game works perfectly. Is there someone I should contact to help him? It would crush him if he lost the account so I don't want to try redownloading it.

Have him make a customer care ticket . About all he can do at this point
