    We better get some answers and fast... this is crazy. All our top guys are gone, all jailed for opening the free gift. I opened mine and had no issues. Anyone else?

    Our 2 top scorers got jailed after spending $200 this weekend. Dropped us from 13th to 45th smh

    @Sage and @blueleopard we better get some answers now. This is ridiculous. During an event!!!! Half the guys we lost are VIPs.

    Bought HR King JD Martinez for $39.99 from a pop up ad in game and was jailed immediately after. I've done nothing except spend about $300 on gold this year. This is insane.

    That's the trigger. Everyone who's accepted and bought a subsequent box has been jailed. I would think it will be rectified, but annoying nonetheless.

    how do you know when you jailed cant log in? get emailed? msg ?

    when you put "GOLD" into gameplay and have it go to waste cuz it glitched its an issue too . gold aint cheap
    any glitch that causes an issue f ing with your money is a big issue

    Can't donate loyalty points to the club anymore. Loyalty rankings page is blank. All my points are in a separate member ranking list. Rest of my club sees me at zero.

    Some are reporting that their points are back with them. Maybe it just takes time.

    You know whats amazing.. The top clubs in my bracket lost 0 pts.... Skykings and Upperdeck... But yet the other guys did... great gift GLU... Lost over 100m in points!!

    Thanks glu for the quick fix, and the gifts as an apology. It was nice, but still doesn’t justify for club points lost, and trouble it caused. 1 pick for 3.5 star player, box for 3 star player,   Not much good for nothing,  at least it’s back to normal though so thanks for that
