Wrongfully jailed once again

I have been wrongfully jailed once again right before the event is about to start. Whats the best route to get this cleared up?

    Make a ticket and hope to get a CS agent that will help. If they dont, close the ticket and try again. (repeat this over and over) Why were you jailed the first time? Was it during the free box issues a few weeks ago?
