I wasn’t thinking with the game freezing so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I backed my account up with my email but when I tried to log back in it says that I must play on the original device. Well this is my original device. I was a VIP and All Pro status. I’ve tried to message Glu but nothing seems to be working. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this game and it sucks that I cannot play it. Does anyone have any helpful hints or better ways to get in touch with the people that can help me. I can no longer use the VIP Hotline because I can not login so all my messages to customer care are probably being over looked.
