Issue contributing to club

Hello,

I have a club member who has played for everyday over a week and he is not able to contribute. He also is not able to chat to the group.

Group member name: ExtremeG

He has tried leaving the club and coming back, and also making his own club and leaving. The game will not let him post to chat or let him contribute glovers, helmets, etc.

My club is Johnsonville 2.0

How can he fix this issue?

He has been jailed. Most of the time, this means the account has been flagged for cheating. His only option is to submit a message to customer service and hope they are willing to give his account back.

Yeah this sounds like a case of jailing to me. Looks like your best bet is for him to submit a ticket. Sometimes they let people in immediately, other times it takes forever. Best of luck to you man.
