Mookie Trevor box glitch

Signed in and saw that there is a Mookie Trevor box waiting to be opened. After opening it and playing some match me games I get the usual global gift notification with bonus tickets, Mookie Trevor box and other items that I am sure the rest of you received today so I claim it and after going to the store there is no Mookie Trevor box except the one for 300 gold (did a force close couple of times to make sure also). Now I know this is a glitch and I have technically already received the box before the gift notification so I'm not going to bother and start a ticket asking for the box but I was just wondering if it has happened to anyone else?

Yeah this happens a lot. Usually you just have to close out the game and reopen and it will be there in the store to open. I have also heard that if you play a game when you come back its there. It would be nice if this got fixed as it seems a lot of people have this same issue.
