It's been doing that with me for quite a while now, although it will eventually work.... just another issue to be patient with when it comes to videos and offers not working properly or at all

Same here - some days I can’t get it to open at all on my Android. Had a problem at the beginning of the year on iPhone but once that resolved no issues. Android seems to have pop up issues. They’re still working on fixing News View and pop up special deals. Holding me back on this team as I usually buy the mountain of gold with 30% discount once a week, and haven’t been able to do that for a month or so
