No pop up gold ads

Can anyone explain why I havent got a gold pop up ad from Glu in months?I have teammates getting the 10400 gold for $69, $79 and $89, as well as the recent 4800 gold for $4.99 but i never see ads, ever, popup for me to get deals. So i always have to pay full price and never get deals. No player deal popups either.

No ads playing for gold ever. I am actually getting very pissed off over the ad thing. And I've spent good money on this game over time. Big bucks. So the few gold I'd get a day, 8 or 10, was worth it. I sent requests to Glu a few times. Only a few times over the past few months, I got 10 free gold. lol What a joke. All those gold we have missed out on. Going to post the same thing on Google Play.

Have you tried asking customer care? I had the same problem and they were able to fix it. I've had great luck with them, just need to have patience and be nice.
