Issues with bonus videos

Is anyone else having issues today? I'll watch the bonus video for an extra streak game but the additional game is never rewarded. Same goes for the extra Epic Moment card -- nothing.

This has been an ongoing issue since the new updates. I have found if I go to the compete tab, click the plus sign, and watch the video from there, I have better luck getting the additional game. Also force closing before you watch the video seems to help.

I’ve been when I open the app loading a video, if it works fine I start playing, if it lags a bit or doesn’t play I’ll just restart. By doing that I’ve had fewer issues with videos not playing when I need them to (extra point of energy/video restart in WoH etc)
