Rishell from Glu is the real MVP! I was taken care of in 24 hours and all players were restored to my inactives list. I can’t tell everyone enough that if you are patient and well mannered and REASONABLE Glu will take care of you the best they can.

    Wow, that is awesome, congrats man!  It goes to show that there are some amazing support agents on staff, you just need to be lucky enough to get one that cares.

    How do i reach Rishell??? I have been nice and professional with my requestions. I just get the runaround canned answer that they will send the issue to developers and do nothing for me.
