Gift card usages

To often ill have a gift card with $8.63, or $12.59 and i can use it all. I will you had a calculator that would allow me to just spend all i have and pro rate the gold i get. I get a ton of gift cards and spend the max i can on gold, but a few dollars always goes to waste. 

I realize its complex and $5 and $10 is the norm for games, but why be normal when you can make more money? Take all my money and add a bank for each player that allows any non-refundable deposit to be made and spent at time of our choosing.

Until then ill spend $5 and waste the other $3-$4 everytime.
