I have completed a couple download and run offers and shows on reward status as rewarded but I have not received the gold. I'm not to complain because in the past Glu point the finger at the vendor and when contact the vendor points the finger at Glu or says they have already rewarded it or they need proof but if it says rewarded isn't that proof enough?
That's what I said with the previous vendor they used. Tapjoy, I thought, has always done a good job up until now. I played another baseball app that uses tapjoy as well for videos and offers and not one issue always got rewarded, didn't wait that long for rewards after was completed. I played that game for several months before I got bored with it and kicked it to the curb and just played this game exclusively but never an issue during that time period I played it. I don't know if it's really a Tapjoy issue if it works smoothly with other games. I do realize that Glu has come long way in a lot areas and customer appreciation being one of them but there a lot things still left to be desired like customer service or the lack there of and in the case of not receiving gold for offers completed not being to admit to oops sorry for mess up we will get it fixed but instead let's blame our vendor for our game not working as it should. I understand tapjoy as a vendor is responsible for their service they offer but this is Glu's game with their name on it not Tapjoy's name on it. Glu is responsible to make sure the game is in good working order in "all" aspects of the game. Is not the videos and offers part of the game to earn gold so that we can purchase the super inflated products they peddle as Glu makes money off the advertisements we watch and offers we waste our valuable time on. So as it is part of the game should they not make sure it works properly and get on the vendor to fix any issues that maybe their fault because they have upset customers. Ahhh... it comes back to good customer service which they don't have.
There are a few threads open on this issue now. I am still waiting on my issue to be resolved. Does anyone have a way to contact tapjoy aside from using the offer wall? Normally you can respond to their email they send. That doesn’t seem to be the case this time. I have an open ticket with Glu CS, but it’s been close to 48 hours without any real response.
Update Nov 4th: Woke up and had a reply from CS on both my teams. GLU awarded me with my gold from the offers I was owed, 3184 gold. I followed the same format others posted on here and sent them the following information. Took over 72hrs to get a simple reply but they did award me the gold that I was owed, I assume it was GLU and not tapjoy that had to pay it out.

Hope it works out for the rest, offers are still not working as they should. Do not complete any current offers until this issue is resolved to avoid any further headaches.
