Design Home/Tapjoy rewards problem

I've recently completed an offer to earn diamonds in Design Home.
The offer was to reach level 20 in House of Fun slots game.
I have done this and not received my reward.
Furthermore, within the Design Home app itself, none of my offers are displaying, neither rewarded or pending.
Can anyone help me, please?
Tapjoy customer services are worse than useless and as no offer is showing up in my reward status screen I can't raise a support ticket
