video add problems

I'm having issues with no videos available at this time keeps coming up. If i reset my add player id on my phone i think that will fix it but will that mess up my current offers i have downloaded but not yet completed? Anyone know ? Any help would be great

thought so. well than i guess hopefully they will load better tomorrow. My old s7 never did this but this pixel 3 is not so great so not sure if its the phone or the app
