Endorsements restart?

What happens when you make it through all the endorsement levels?  Do they restart?  Has anyone made it all the way through?

I’m close. Should be able to answer that soonish. I’ll unlock level 10 of the TV endorsement this week. I feel like I started this one at the beginning of the season, but may have been behind a little

I believe you keep cycling level 10 once you get there.
