Worst Customer Service EVER

So my account was flagged for the second time in a week for violating the ToS. Let me be clear: I have never attempted to hack or cheat at this game. Although the second jail term only lasted an hour so, the game was different since I've been able to log on: I can't see or join any chats, I can't participate in CvC's, I can't donate to my club, among other things. I submitted a ticket to customer service, and their response is attached below.
I am livid. I will never play this, or any other GLU game again. Can't even tell me why I was flagged...
