Watch a video, don’t get a reward

I’m so tired of this. I watch a video, I don’t get the reward. It happens to me in all modes of the game. For boosts, restarts, achievement rewards,  extra units of prime energy, and starting multiplier boosts in CVC. Sometimes they work but more
often they don’t. It’s so frustrating and no one at Glu cares because they get the revenue from the video play whether they give me the reward or not. I know many are having this problem. Glu should really spend sometime fixing basic issues with the game instead of cranking out endless slight variations of the same players.

I experience this issue quite often as well.  The only real solution I have found is to force close the app and play the video immediately after re-opening.

I do that and  it improves reliability of videos but does not completely solve the issue.

I have video proof too and try to get to Glu with the video. Happens to me every time I try it
