How far do you guys think I should take my CVC guys' skills?

I brought CvsC Blackmon up to 16/20.  But that's only because I was able to get him to Diamond 10 from cycling 10 times on Monday, normally I wouldn't bother with CvsC skills.  But I couldn't just let a Diamond 10 sit there with no skills upgraded.
