I believe the biggest problem i've had with the 2018 TSB app is that the videos do not load remotely close to 100% of the time. I believe it is more around 50%, maybe less. This does not seem like a hardware, or internet connection, issue. Nearly every other feature of the store works flawlessly. For example, I've never had one purchase from the store not transfer.
Many many other users have reported the video issue throughout the forum postings, it does not appear Glu had done anything to address this. Give us some reassurance this is being fixed for 2019. I, for one, will not be slog through another season where videos don't load properly.
