Almost 24 hours still no gold for videos

Well it started with not counting my gold towards fan rewards. Then that was fixed. Right after that it stopped giving me gold for videos. I was told its not just me. Most of my club is in the same boat. I contacted glu they said playing videos to fast. I said what?? I played 1 video then checked snd nothing. Its still doing it. No fix as of yet.
